Right next door to TJMaxx is Maurices. While there, I found an adorable pair of leopard pring peep toe flats on clearance. I thought, certainly, they were destined to be mine. But my good judgment won out and I left there empty handed.
Right down the strip from Maurices is Rue 21, a store I had never before ventured into. I wandered in and was overwhelmed by the super loud music and bright cluttery clothing displays. Seriously, I felt every bit of my 32 years in there! Despite feeling a bit (read, a lot!) out of place, I browsed the jewelry and found some adorable stuff!
Guess what? I went home (or should I say, back to work) with a super cute ring and a bunch of bracelets. =)
Despite feeling overwhelmed at work, I still felt pretty good whenever I looked in the mirror because I liked my outfit that much. =)
Oh my... Every single thing I am wearing is courtesy of Target. Except the ring and necklace. Those are Premier Designs.
You can't tell because of the lighting, but the sweater is a really bright yellowish green. I love it.
Here is a closeup of the bracelets and ring I wore today... As well as an open package of graham crackers in the background. My Little Missy wanted her dessert. =)

We have a Rue 21 and my sister took me in it last summer to look at scarves. I felt O L D. I didn't even look at their jewelry! Lovin' your ensemble today - the jewelry is awesome and I have that skirt!
I need you to come shop for me!!!!!
that jewelry is super cute. I have a love/hate relationship with those teenager stores but you can always find some great deals so its worth it :)
Love the neutrals with the fun yellow/green cardi!!
I also feel old going in Forever 21 with my boys...kinda like a fraud or something...ha!
Even though I feel ancient every time I walk in there, I love Rue 21. I bought almost all my maternity tops there. :) When I got pregnant the trend for trapeze tops was just taking off and I got them all ridiculously cheap. Of course by the end of my pregnancy most of them were falling apart. :) Eh, they served their purpose.
You look great today!
very cute outfit! love the yellow sweater. laughing that it's all courtesy of target. we are fashion twins!
i too skipped working out the other day just to browse TJ Maxx too!!! i bought 3 things but will probably take back one of them. i think. i hope. i need to stop buying stuff!

I really like your outfit today, it ist so sleek and casual and the yellow cadigan is the perfect touch of colour. You were really good at not shopping, when I plan on no more shopping I end up buying books!
Have a nice day.

Super cute outfit and I love the jewelry! I've been able to stick with my "spending freeze" so far, except for food. I might've gotten a Java Chiller from Sonic yesterday... ;o)
great outfit. Target should sponsor you. You have good eye for accessories!
