Ketchup

Because I'm catching up! Get it?  Cheesy? Yes, yes, it is. I know, but that's what you get with me. Sometimes cheesy, sometimes corny, but always 100% me.  =)

I'm going to share three different outfits with you that I wore over the past few weeks.  One was worn the first day of my week of student-teaching.  The second was worn to the office and the third was worn another day when I was teaching.

Chambray Shirt: Thrifted
Dress, Belt, Sandals & Bracelets: Target

Funny story about that dress?  During my lunch break, the strap snapped and I had to teach the rest of the day with my dress falling lower and lower and eventually dragging the ground. =)  Thank goodness I was wearing a belt to help keep it up!

Shirt: NY&Co
Tank: Halftee
Skirt: Target
Shoes: 6pm.com

No funny story to go with this one. =) Just my pretty little shirt that feels like pajama and my nude studded heels. Check it out... I wear them a lot!

Dress: NY&Co
Bracelets: Target

Ha, see?  Here are the nude studded heels again. And who knew I liked this sleeveless chambray top so much??  I wonder why the first owner decided to get rid of it... It really is the perfect piece for layering over a dress!

Of these three, I think I like Outfits 2 and 3 best. If I owned a bright red skinny belt, I think Outfit 2 would be just about perfect!

Do you tend to have favorite pieces in your closet that you wear over and over again?  If you've been following me lately, then you know my current faves are my chambray shirts, my turquoise jeans and my nude studded heels. =)

I'm linking up today with Monday Mingle!

Love that dress too, it's gorgeous. Shame the strap broke, but thankfully your top kept it going. That kind of stuff happens to me too :) Gorgeous outfits..Have a great day doll xx

I've missed you, Tiff! I love all three of these outfits, but the middle one with the pencil skirt and comfy tee is my favorite!

IF I had a penny for every clothing malfunction I've had since starting my teaching career, I would be a wealthy woman! As long as the students didn't get a peek at anything they shouldn't be seeing, all is good!

Dossome :)

That floral print maxi is so pretty! That stinks about the strap breaking though :( I'm always wearing my chambray shirt and my striped tees...they're my favorites :)

Yes! I do have a favorite item that I've been wearing a lot, and it looks very similar to your Chambray shirt (except with long sleeves)!
I think the first outfit is actually my fave! You are so ready to go into the classroom...good luck! (I saw your post elsewhere and couldn't respond at the time.)

Love the maxi dress/skirt. ;) Hopefully you can fix it. ;) Although I have to say, if I had legs like that I wouldn't be hiding them under a maxi skirt. ;)
All three outfits are adorable - and I love the chambray top. :)

Yes if I'm not paying attention, I will gravitate towards the same ensemble over and over again (that's why I have a blog, to force myself to be creative!) LOVE mustard on you and maxis really look good on you too- they look so elongating!

I actually like outfit #1 the best, even though the snap strapped on the dress. The print of the fabric is gorgeous! I know what you mean about wearing your fave things all the time... I have to keep on checkng myself!
