Okay, I know. Everyone in the entire country is experiencing ridiculously high temperatures. So, I won't complain *too* much about the heat here in the panhandle of Florida. But one thing I'm 99% sure we beat you on is the humidity. Oh. My. Goodness. The humidity. It was so humid the other morning when I took this picture, that the lense on my camera fogged up and I ended up with this little beauty.
This morning, while I was out running with a friend, it literally felt like I was trying to work my way through a cloud of moisture. It's only July! Here in Florida, we get to

Speaking of Christmas, how do you like the little Christmas in July look I've got going on here? There's something about red and black that has sort of a Christmassy feel to it.

How are you surviving this heat (and humidity) wave that's hitting the country?

Oh man, I would not be able to stand the humidity. Man, that's brutal! I'll take my 1.5 months of mild seattle summer over that any day :)
Love your outfit!
LOVE the maxi!
Surviving the humidity but my hair sure isn't :(
Cute tee! I like the way you paired it with the maxi skirt and red half-tee. Very cute look. It's been hot in NY, but not as hot or humid as you guys are experiencing. We don't have airconditioning though, so I'm glad.

Goodness, sounds like a sticky, hot summer in Florida. And I was complaining about our 80 degree weather here in the Pacific Northwest. Regardless, you look adorable for the heat. That tank and skirt are adorable. And I am very impressed with your summer layering skills!

I had the same trouble with my pics today. ;) We haven't had too much trouble with humidity this summer (very unusual) but after the rain we had this morning, it got bad.
I love your red and black outfit! You look great in red! ;)
UGH, it's been awful here in PA! and of course max wants to be outside 24/7. why is it that kids have zero care when it comes to heat & humidity? meanwhile i'm sitting around drenched in sweat. how's your running going? hopefully the heat isn't messing up your training too much!
Love your heart tee , try not to melt!
The first pic looks artistic...just say you meant to do it! Love the layers look with the fun tank. I don't know how you survive running in that humidity!!
I got Valentines Day out of this one :) I do love a black maxi skirt tho'
Living in NC I totally get the steam bath we call summer, and rarely need a winter coat.
Very cute outfit!
Yikes on that humidity! I am from the east coast but living in Cali now and I do not miss that humidity one bit!!!
Love this black, white and red outfit, Tiffany! Oh god, I've also experienced a terrible dose of humidity on my trip to St. Louis on the 4th of July! Good that it is not so humid here in Iowa!

Tiff, in Louisiana we put the H in humidity! It's horrible here. You open the door and it hits you in the face. Did you say Christmas? Don't start!!! Oh gawd, it will be rolling around the corner before you know it.
You look cute.

Your heart tank is so cute! That's really crazy that your camera lens fogged up so much. Saturday was probably the hottest it's been all year and I stayed in the a/c the whole day. Luckily now we're back to more normal temps :)

Oh I totally had a foggy camera lens one day last week from the humidity too! It adds a dreamy look to your pictures, lol.
I love your red and black and the heart. Definitely like a Christmas in July look, but very cute!
This heat is killing me too! I love that heart shirt!
I know what you mean! We finally got a little break--it's *only* been in the 90s this week, hooray! And I love the way the foggy lens picture turned out, how gorgeous!
Oh, I toootttaally get your complaining. Its incredibly humid here in Panama as well!! Its impossible not to sweat with just breathing, quite ridiculous (and uncomfortable). You look cute in this outfit! I love the heart on your top, so sweet.

FIrst of all what a great giveaway! I can't believe I missed this outfit. I love it, it's totally perfect for summer! Also I was going to say, I think there is some heat relief coming your way, but it's kind of humid in Chicago...

Ooh I love when accidentally ruined pictures turn out beautifully - great capture! I love that tank, btw, and I think it's a perfect mid-summer look! I associate red with Christmas too, but it's good year round with black and white :)
You do look a bit Christmas like or Valentine's day :)) I wish we had the heat here, but it's quite pleasant now that the rain has left for a bit. xx
