1. Which celebrity (celebrities) do you look to for fashion inspiration?
I love seeing how Kim Kardashian and Scarlett Johannson dress and I like to occasionally try a look of theirs. I like to think we have similar body shapes, of course, that's probably mostly in my head. lol I only wish I looked as good as they do! But for the most part I tend to look to Reese Witherspoon for inspiration. I like her clean, preppy, all-American style.
2. When it comes to your own personal style, what inspires you?
Honestly, a sale! =) I will buy pretty much anything if it's on sale and then I'll find a way to work into my closet.
3. How do you hope to inspire your readers?
I know I'm not up to par with some of the other fashion bloggers out there and I don't know if I'll ever actually "inspire" my readers, but I just want a blog that people like to read because it's funny and quirky, and has the occasional cute outfit. I want to give all of you a peak into my crazy, hectic, but totally normal life.
4. Outside the realm of fashion who/what inspires you?
My husband. He is the MAN when it comes to pushing himself to the next level, whether it be at work or in his training. I mean, come on, folks, he's currently training for a 1/2 Ironman and plans to do an Ironman next year. He plans to qualify for Boston sometime soon, and wants to do an Ultra Marathon as well. His hard work and watching him succeed has inspired me to start running as well! And amazingly enough, I love it.
5. And since Idol is ending… Which songs inspire you?
Well, I am actually not an Idol fan. *gasp* I just returned from a Beach trip with the kids and right now, the only songs I can even think of are Movers' songs. "What's in the fridge? What's in the fridge? What's in the fridge now? I wanna know!" If you don't have toddlers that enjoy the Movers, then I'll just move on, because you'll never understand. lol But a song that always uplifts me and inspires me when I hear it, is "Thank you for giving to the Lord" by Ray Boltz.

Reese does always look great! She dresses so simple but very stylish. I am inspired by a sale too. I'll buy anything if it's cheap enough :)

Ha, like Claire too I am *always* inspired by a sale! Movers songs, oh boy - me too. (My favorite is the energy one where they totally rip of Devo.) And! My husband is ALSO a runner! He has a 19-mile loop he does on Sundays. I wish we lived close - we have so much in common, I think!
I lovee Reese too! She really is the epitome of the girl next door. Her clean, fresh looks really are so inspiring.
I love Reese as well. I always use her hair style and cut photos as inspiration when I get my hair cut.
I say any SAHM who makes an effort not only to dress up but also write a fashion blog about is inspiration! :)

I love how your inspiration is a good sale! I am with you on that! Hmm...actually, getting a good ssale is almost like an obsession...(maybe I need to look into that).
