I'm Featured!! And FBFF - Shoes!

There's a lot of excitement going on in my little part of the blogosphere today! First of all, I'm featured on I Am, which is a really fun blog dedicated to celebrating who you are! This month's theme is MOTHER! And yes, I realize that I'm being featured because my sister's boyfriend happens to be a talented photographer who caught a sweet moment between the Little Missy & I and not because I'm such a super cool blogger . . . but, hey, I'll take it! =)

Go HERE to check it out!

The second bit of excitement is that today's FBFF topic is shoes! And I LOVE shoes! =)

1.  What is your go-to pair of shoes?
My go-to pair of shoes would have to be my studded nude heels. I find myself slipping into them more than any other pair. They're a nice size heel, so they give me the height that I like, but they're a chunkier heel, so they're still pretty comfortable. Plus, they're pretty versatile.

2.  What goes into your shoe buying decisions?Cuteness. Plain and simple. I'm definitely not a shoe connoisseur that makes sure the fit is perfect and the quality is perfect. If they're cute and they sort of fit my feet and they definitely fit into my budget, I'll pick them up and wear the heck out of them, like I've done with these turquoise heels that were only $6.95! =)

3. The majority of the shoes in your closet are what color?
You know, I don't even think I have two pairs in the same color. Except maybe black. I think I have a pair of black flip flops, black heels, black boots and black sandals. So, yep, I guess it would be black.

4. When it comes to designer shoes what are your favorite brands and
why?

I don't really have a favorite designer because (poor, poor me) I usually buy cheap shoes over well made shoes. I guess of the shoes I've worn, I'd go with rsvp (both of the shoes above are rsvp). I love them!

5. If price wasn’t an issue, you’d own which shoe?
Well, I would have been at a loss as to what I'd say because while I love cute shoes, I don't really window shop for shoes unless I know I can afford them, so if they're over $100, I usually just pass them right on up without a second thought.  But I was recently browing shoes on 6pm.com and came across these shoes, which you can find here if you're so inclined to buy them.
I mean, seriously, how cute are these floral shoes? I love them!

Those studded nude ones are pretty HAWT. I used to like expensive shoes and then I had kids. . . it sounds like such a cop-out but it just doesn't make sense anymore. :) And I'm like you, I don't have many duplicate colored shoes in my closet.

we pretty much have the same approach to shoes- if they're cute and cheap and sort of fit then we're all over them! LOVE those nude heels! Congrats on your feature!
